I. The subject
Art. 1. These terms and conditions hereinafter referred to as “General Terms and Conditions”, are intended to regulate the relations between PERLA – 2005 EOOD (ПЕРЛА – 2005 ЕООД)
, hereinafter referred to as “Provider”, owner of the website: www.hotel-star.eu, hereinafter referred to as “Website”, and each of the users, hereinafter referred to as “User/s”, on the Website, in connection with the use of the Website by the User.

III. Protection of personal data
Art. 3. (1) The Provider, through the Website, collects, stores and processes the personal data of Users only in connection with its activities in accordance with the requirements of applicable law and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria. (2) The personal data of the User may be used to authenticate and communicate in case of inquiries or generated job applications, providing advertising content adapted to the interests of the User, sending a Newsletter in case the User has given his consent to receive such, statistical information on the use of the Website, protection of the information security of the Website, accounting purposes in connection with the use of the Provider’s services, ensuring the provision of the Provider’s services. (3) The Provider does not use or process personal data of the User, which provide information about racial or ethnic origin, which is related to health, sexual life and human genome of the User, which are related to political, religious, philosophical beliefs or participation. (4) The Provider shall take measures to protection of the personal data of the User in accordance with the current legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria, including the Personal Data Protection Act. Art. 4. The website uses cookies, as the type, purposes and conditions for their use are specified in the Cookie Policy, available at: https://hotel-star.eu/privacy-policy, with which the User agrees by using the Website. Art. 5. By using the Website, the Recipient expressly agrees that the Provider has the right to process his personal data in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions available to: https://hotel-star.eu/privacy-policy. Art. 6. The Provider does not disclose, sell, exchange or in any other way provide to third parties the information collected by the Website during the User’s visits, except when required by applicable law and/or by a competent authority authorized by law, but always in compliance with the current legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria. Art. 7. The User may request from the Provider to correct, delete or limit the use of his personal data by (i) sending an e-mail to the Provider, with a clear desire, to info@hotel-star.eu; or (ii) by a request for refusal in writing, sent to the Provider by mail to the address: Burgas, Vazrazhdane, bl. 33, ent. 3.
IV. General provisions
Art. 3. The website and the services offered through it function according to the rules described in the General Terms and Conditions. Art. 4. The Provider does not guarantee the constant functioning of the Website, nor that the latter does not contain errors. Art. 5. The Provider reserves the right to suspend access to certain material (including, but not limited to: photos, texts, etc.) published on the Website or the entire Website, without the consent of the User, for an unlimited period, planned or incidental, without to be liable for any damages to the User that may have occurred as a result of the suspension. Art. 6. The Provider reserves the right to change, without prior notice, the structure or content of the Website. The changes take effect immediately after their publication on the website.
V. Characteristics of the Service
Art. 7. The main characteristics of the services provided to the Users by the Provider through the Website hereinafter referred to as “Services” are the following: (1) The Provider provides the opportunity to view and share the content published on the Website. The provider provides information about himself, his team, the services he provides, current offers, information articles, contacts, presentation of its customers and partners and others. (2) The provider provides an opportunity to generate a phone call via function buttons on the website. (4) The Provider provides the opportunity to generate electronic inquiries through an email client used by the User, through functional links from the website. For this purpose, the User needs to select a specific functional link on the Website (the place where the Provider’s email address is displayed and can be “clicked”) and the device used by him to open a new window for writing a message from an email client embedded in the device. The provider does not guarantee its ability to respond and the period in which it will be provided. (5) The Provider provides an opportunity for referral (linking) of the User to the business profiles of the Provider in social networks, profiles and websites of its partners, customers and others. The Provider provides this opportunity for the convenience of the Users and is not responsible for the content of the profiles and websites to which the possibility of referral is provided and which are not owned and/or operated by the Provider. These General Terms and Conditions do not apply to the accounts and pages to which the possibility of referral is provided unless explicitly stated otherwise. (6) The provider provides the opportunity to use a dynamic Google map integrated on the website. Use of this service is in accordance with the applicable terms of use for Google Maps and Google Earth available at https://www.google.com/intl/bg_bg/help/terms_maps.html .
VI. Intellectual property rights
Art. 8. (1) All information published on the Website, including but not limited to: texts, photos, audio and video materials, is the intellectual property of the Provider or is used by the latter on legal grounds and as such is protected by applicable legislation on the protection of intellectual property, including but not limited to the protection of copyright and related rights. (2) The provider reserves all the rights specified in the previous paragraph. (3) The use of the information specified in para. 1 of this Article, including but not limited to: copying, modification and reproduction, without the consent and permission of the Provider or the respective holder of intellectual property rights, except in cases expressly provided by law, is prohibited and constitutes a violation of the Provider’s rights on intellectual property or those of their respective holder, in case it is different from the Provider. Art. 9. The website may contain names and brands of products, services or persons who represent or may represent trademarks owned by the Provider or third parties. Access to the Website, as well as anything in these General Terms and Conditions or the rest of the content of the Website must not be understood and/or interpreted as and does not constitute the granting of a license or right to use any such trademark, without the prior written consent of the Provider or the relevant third party – the owner of the intellectual property in question.
VII. Other terms
Art. 10. (1) The information and materials available on the website (including, but not limited to: articles, images, messages, etc.) are informative, general and abstract in nature and do not represent, nor should they be accepted or interpreted as advice, guidelines and/or consultation provided by the Provider to any of the Users of the Website. (2) The Provider is not responsible for the correctness, reliability, accuracy and/or timeliness of the information and materials available on and/or through the Website, for any reason, or for their applicability to a specific factual situation. (3) The Provider is not liable and/or non-property liability for the content of the Website, nor is it liable for damages suffered by any User and/or third party in connection with the use of the Website and/or the information and materials available on it, including their application to a specific situation (for example: undertaking by the User of specific actions on the basis of information posted on the Website). Art. 11. The possible invalidity of any of the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions will not lead to the invalidity of the entire contract. Art. 12. These General Terms and Conditions enter into force for all Users, as of 09.08.2017. Art. 13. The General Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Provider at any time, and any change in the General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force for the Users without the need for explicit notification of the latter. Art. 14. By using (including, but not limited to: browsing, clicking on links, entering information, etc.) the Website and the information on it, the User expresses his unconditional consent to the General Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes thereto, and that it is bound by them and will observe them.
